Welcome to our Instant Quote Page. Unlike a price from a taxi company who use meters, have prices that are date and time dependant, our chauffeur and executive car prices are fixed no matter what the time of day, how much traffic congestion is encountered or which route your driver decides to take.

Following your request to proceed with a booking, quotes will be checked for accuracy and should there be a need to adjust the price for your journey you will be advised accordingly. It will however give you a very good indication as to how inexpensive it is to be chauffeur driven in luxury.

If you require a quote for a wait and return, i.e. picked up and driven for an appointment or business meeting and you require the vehicle to wait for you and continue to another destination or bring you back, or for a return journey separated by days or weeks from the outward bound journey, then please contact us and we will advise you of the procedure for obtaining a more accurate quote or quote you direct.

How do I get a quote:

Start by clicking on the Get a Quote Button, from there you need to enter or select a pick up point, any further stops required, and a final destination for your journey. This can be achieved using a number of methods:

    * Enter a postcode, this will normally give the most accurate point
    * Double click on the map to where you want to place the point
    * Move a point to a more accurate location by moving the cursor over the point, holding down the left          mouse button and dragging it to the required location
    * Enter the name of city, town or village followed by the street name
    * Enter the name of city, town or village followed by a landmark or place name
    * Select an airport

Once the pick up points, stops and final destination have been entered please make sure that the positions are accurate. Once you are happy simply click 'Calculate Price' to display the estimates for your journey. Prices are displayed for our Luxury and Executive saloon vehicles (for up to 4 passenger) and Luxury and Executive MPV's (for up to 7 passengers or large or heavy luggage).

Are the quotes accurate:

Quotes will be extremely accurate if the pick up, further stopping and final destination points are correctly positioned. We allow five minutes waiting time at each stopping point in order to load any luggage and the passenger to become seated. All quotes are checked upon receipt of instruction to book for point accuracy and that the computer generated route is the most appropiate one. In the event that there is need for adjustment we will inform you accordingly.

Please note that Luxury Vehicles have a minimum fare of £15.00 and an Executive Vehicles minimum fare is £7.50

Parking and Toll fees are not included and are extra at cost. Charges for our meet & greet service for airport and station pick ups are not included. Extra waiting time will be charged at the rate of £2.00 per 5 minutes or part thereof.

How do I book:

A BOOK button is available beneath the price for each individual vehicle type. Clicking it will launch the booking form. The booking form will note details of each stop, the route and the fare estimate supplied. The rest of the booking form should then be completed and submitted. Once submitted, we will either telephone, text or email (depending on your preference) to confirm the booking or offer an alternative.
